In July 2008, the Vietnam Register Quality and Safety Management System Certification Center (VRQC) has carried out the first surveillance audit in accordance with ISO standards to the following units:

• Motor Vehicle Technical Safety Inspection Station 11-01S (in Cao Bang);
• Motor Vehicle Technical Safety Inspection Station 29-02S (in Ha Noi);
• Motor Vehicle Technical Safety Inspection Station 50-03S (in HCMC);
• Motor Vehicle Technical Safety Inspection Station 68-01S (in Binh Thuan);
• Motor Vehicle Technical Safety Inspection Station 90-01S (in Ha Nam);
• Motor Vehicle Technical Safety Inspection Station 95-01S (in Hau Giang);

and the second surveillance audit to the Motor Vehicle Technical Safety Inspection Station 73-01S (in Quang Binh); and surveillance audit to the Bach Dang Shipbuilding Industry Company Ltd.
